Q:  How and where do I begin my download?

Q:  How do I install using MobiPocket Reader for BlackBerry?

A:  Follow the steps below:

1. First download the .PRC file to your computer desktop.

2. Next, install MobiPocket Reader on your BlackBerry device by visiting the MobiPocket website from your mobile phone.

3. Connect your BlackBerry device to your computer using your supplied USB cable.

4. Using BlackBerry desktop software or browsing using Windows Explorer, transfer the file from your desktop to your BlackBerry's internal memory or memory card.

5. MobiPocket Reader should recognize the file and load it automatically as an e-Book.  If not, browse your mobile device's memory for the file and select to open with MobiPocket Reader.

Q:  How do I install using Stanza for iPhone/iPOD Touch?

A:  Follow the steps below:

1. Install Stanza Desktop on your compter and launch.

2. Go to File->Open and open the .ePub file.

3. Go to the "Tools" menu with Stanza Desktop and ensure that the "Enable Sharing" menu item is checked.

4. Install Stanza Reader on your iPhone and launch.

5. Connect your iPhone to your computer using your supplied USB cable.

6. In the top-level library menu in Stanza on your iPhone, select "Shared Books".  You should now see your computer name.  Select it.

7. Stanza Desktop will then notify you that your iPhone is attempting to connect to your shared library, and request your permission to allow the connection.  Select yes to allow.

8. Once you have granted permission, Stanza iPhone will display a list of books that are open in Stanza Desktop.

9. Tap on the book to download it to Stanza on your iPhone.  It will appear in your Titles and Recent Downloads.

Q:  What if I've forgotten my username or password for the Members area?

A:  In order to find your lost username or password:

• Click on the "Forgot login?" link under the Login field (on the right-hand side of the screen).

• Select either Lost Password or Lost Username and enter your email and then click the "Send Username/Password" button.

• If your email matches the one registered in our system, an automatic message will be sent to your email account with your username or password.

Q:  How do I change my password?

A:  To change your password:

• Click on the Profile link at the top of the screen to access your profile.

• Select "Edit" and in the dropdown menu select "Edit your profile".

• In your details form, select the "Contact Info" tab and enter your new password followed by its confirmation.

Q:  How do I update my profile?

A:  To update any of the information in your profile:

• Click on the Profile link at the top of the screen to access your profile

• Select "Edit" and in the dropdown menu select "Edit your profile".

• In your details form, you can select any tab to update the appropriate information about yourself.
